Ok, some readers asked me what is the
most important thing that I look at to determine
whether a stock is worth a spot or need close
attention. My answer to this question has been
the same for quite some time after I finally achieve
"attainment" and it is VOLUME. Many market players
ignore or neglect the importance of it but to me
it is the single most important thing to look at.
If you have been reading this blog for a while, you
will know that I don't use indicators as to me, they
are all lagging and when they finally showing signs
the stock or the market are already up, up and away.
Volume and Price Action go together and it is that
simple application to me.
If you are a football fan then you will know that the
Euro 2012 will start at tomorrow midnight and will
last till 2nd July if I am not wrong. Some reports
suggest that during this period, the market will be
more subdued as the traders and market players in
Euro will be focusing on how their country is performing
in the tournament. I still believe that when the issue
is concerning "Money", all other thing will not be that
attractive and seducing. My view is that we will have
a pretty good June-July and I will stick to my current
view unless Mr Market's mood changes again.

危机就是转机!! The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word "Crisis". One brush stroke stands for Danger, the other for Opportunity. In a Crisis, be aware of the Danger but recognise the Opportunity. - Former US President Richard Nixon
