Market View 18 March 2009

Ok, this will be my last Market View
for about 2 weeks till 30 March
when I come back from "retreat".
I believe the following 2 weeks will
be even more volatile than this week
and it will present many trading opportunities
but at a higher risk, as we will really
find out whether we are really out of
the wood, or still far from it.

Yesterday, I specifically mentioned that
"I believe the commodities are itching for a
good move very soon.", and as expected,
commodities stock like Olam, Noble, Straits
surge through the roof. If you have entered,
you should have posted a 20-30% profits.
Congrats to those who followed.

Yanlord and Raffles also continue to reward
traders, and the profits is mounting to over
50% for those who entered early.
I have specifically given my view on Yanlord,
its surge will not be long, as near 23th March,
it should face fund selling.
Raffles is a typical textbook reversal model,
and it is continuing to be that way, and a surge
pass the 40cts mark is just a step away,
which can be easily done.

I am still very much into the Hot stocks that I
mentioned: NOL, Raffles, Yanlord, Olam, Noble,
Straits Asia , Sembmarine & Cosco.
But if I am still trading for the rest of this week,
I will turn cautious, and only followed the winner
stocks.

As usual, enter a position will a Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict money-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.

Market View 17 March 2009

Huat Ah!!
STI closed up a Huat 8.80 yesterday,
and I believe if you were in the market,
you should have made money from
Yanlord and Raffles, etc.

Enjoy the surge of Yanlord as it is
not going to last, as it is getting out of
the index on 23th March, and it should have
a drastic effect near that date. It should be
facing an uphill task to continue to surge
higher, unless there is another macro-fundamental
news from China that is benefical to the industry.
If you have went in early for Yanlord,
you should be sitting on a near 20% profits,
which is a reasonably good $$ in all accounts.
Watch for sudden south wind while enjoying
the surging north wind now.

Another stock that should have earned you profit
is Raffles Education. If you have been reading
and following my write-up, you should have earned
at least 20% on Raffles Educations in just 2 days.
Good $$ as usual.

It should be another volatile and rewarding session
today, as the Hot stocks will once again be
heavily involved in a tug-of-war.
I am still very much into the Hot stocks that I
mentioned: NOL, Raffles, Yanlord, Olam, Noble,
Straits, Sembmarine & Cosco.
They are in action everyday, and their daily price
range is well-supported with good volume support
and is always in demand.

Stocks should open weaker today, but I believe
somehow a couple of Hot stocks will continue
to charge-up and it should be another
good session. I believe the commodities are
itching for a good move very soon.

As usual, enter a position will a Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict money-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.

Market View 16 March 2009

Ok, we were up strongly on Friday,
and the Uncle Sam continues to be
green, and more good news are coming
out, so are we out of the wood yet?

Frankly, we are very near, but not exactly
out yet. But it is this uncertainty and doubts
that is propelling the market right now, and
we can see how volatile the market can get to
sometimes. We will continue to see such effect
and better get used to it and deal with it,
rather than avoid it or deny its existence.

Last friday biggest winner is NOL, which surge
after its no-rights issue news announcement surfaced
at the lunch break, this is an opportunities that awaits
those who still believes in it, and trade it when
the news is out.

If you have followed my recommendation, you will
also profited from Raffles Educations surge based
on typical TA reaction. I have to warn the reader about
Yanlord which is going out of STI on 23 March.
Based on past experience, it is going to be "pump" up
to allow "certain" personel to get out of it, before
the whacking session will begin. Normally, it should start
to be down near 23 March, so keep a watchful eye for
any sudden change of wind direction.

I am cautiously optimistic that today's market action
will still be a much greener pasture, with a couple of
red flowers blossoming. I am still into the Hot stocks
that I mentioned: NOL, Raffles, Yanlord, Olam, Noble,
Straits, Sembmarine & Cosco.
It will be another interesting day for NOL, Raffles and
Yanlord, as they will be volatile and liquid, and can
move either way very fast today, I think I will enjoy
them today.

As usual, enter a position will a Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict money-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
