Ok, come back to stocks..
US fell sharply and reversed all the early gains in
overnight trade after, of course, our dearest Fed chief,
Uncle Ben spoke. Looking at the pre-opening figures,
there isn't a clear sign of early selling but I will be on
the cautious side and be ready for anything. This is
the last trading day of the week as we celebrate Vesak Day
tomorrow.
Before I forgot, I am starting to take profits from Courts
Asia now even though it is still doing a pre-result surge.

Market View 22 May 2013
Ok, a few things to say this morning.
I have done a write-up on the IPO, Soilbuild Construction
in my IPO Blog so if you are interested, head there
and take a look. It is basically a IPO punt for me and
I will see how its Myanmar venture turn-up to be.
The closing date for this IPO application is 12pm noon today.
Next, I will be taking a holiday break from 17-28 June
so there will be no Market View at this period. Seriously,
I don't know my travel jinx is still intact, but just be
cautious and vigilant to the market forces.
Ok, for those who have sent me an email to be in
my mailing list, I will do a test email during the weekend
and I will see where we go from there.

It should be 28 May after market hour. A few others that
I know that will be announcing about that time include:

Ok, after all the emotional "celebration" of the
1000th post, it is back to a more normal trading
day. A few readers benefited from the Yoma and
Courts Asia recommendation that I shared yesterday
with them and they are sitting on a good profits now.
If you are observant, you will notice that I have added
a Livefyre chat at the bottom of the blog. Many readers
told me that they wanted to Skype chat with me but
their company network blocked the link to Skype.
Therefore, I found this Livefyre chat that enable readers
to chat with me just by coming to the blog. You can
login with your Facebook account, which I believe many
readers already have, or Twitter or just simply sign-up
an account with Livefyre. Do take note that all the readers
can also join in and share their views on the general
market or particular stocks. I will monitor the chat
regularly and answer any questions addressed to me.
Take note that I will not hesitate to ban and delete comments
that are deem undesirable or not suitable in any context.
I hope that the new Livefyre chat feature will benefit the
readers and users. If there is any difficulty or issue with the
chat, give me an email.
Some readers are still asking about Courts Asia which
I recommended last week or is it the week before?
If you want to know whether it is still a GO at this
time to enter the stock, then I have to tell you frankly that
its FY result should be today. The risk is higher if the
readers enter at this state. I started recommending the stock
when it is still below $1 and it was last traded and closed
at 1.055 yesterday.
Lastly, on a lighter note, there is a video that I wish to share
with the readers about taking just 5 minutes to take a shower.
I believe that those readers that had served NS before will
recalled that we can do it in less than 5 minutes when the
queue is forming outside the shower cubicle. I can't say for
the rest of the Singapore ladies but my wife say that the video
is crazy and the move by PUB is unrealistic. Haha, I believe
50 minutes will be a more realistic time for her and maybe
for the rest of the ladies too. Correct me if I am wrong.

Market View 20 May 2013 - 1000th post of the blog
Huarray!!! Yipeee!!!! Yahooooo...!!
This will be exactly 1000th post of this blog!
What a long and emotional journey it had been
since I started the blog way back in 2008.
I believe that there are readers who benefited
from this blog and I am glad that I had helped
many in their financial decisions and status.
I think I will just keep it short and sweet for today's
post although it is a memorable one for me.
I will continue to provide quality Market View
and Skype conversation with those readers who
choose to chat with me.
I am working on a new emailing services and
the readers who are in my mailing list should
receive my email this week. From the feedback
that I gathered from the readers, I will seek
to provide more trading information on the stocks
that I personally trade and monitor.
I don't know whether this blog will see its 2000th
post in the future, but I guess I will look for mini-achievement
and milestone instead. The next landmark will be
the 1100th post in the next couple of months.
