Market View 10 February 2011

On Tuesday and Wednesday, I  mentioned Sinograndness
in my blog and I received many questions from the Skype
members about the stock. They were concerned that if they
buy the stock again, they will be buying at a higher price than
they sold the last time. It is quite amazing that such a concern
is raise as that is precisely why the stock is worth of another
entry. It is staging another surge and its momentum is unstoppable
as it closed at day-high 60cts yesterday. For those who took the plunge,
enjoy the surge (again if this is your 2nd entry) and just have a
ready trailing stop which I don't believe will be triggered.
For those who die-die want to have a price target, I will say it
will hit initial resistance above 60cts and around the 65cts region.

Genting is still on a cha-cha dance so my previous view on it
is still valid and awaiting further confirmation from the price
actions.
I am still bullish on the 3 stocks that I mentioned yesterday and
please don't ask me which one will move the first and the most.
Frankly, I don't like such questions as it is quite annoying although
I can understand where you are coming from. Everyone want
to make the most money with the least effort but somehow it
is not that practical in front of Mr Market.

人日留言 & Tech stock to watch out for

Ok, as what some Skype members have reminded
me times and times and I kept forgotten to post,
this is a list of Tech stocks that I feel the readers
should take note of. Some of them are pure Techs
while others can be  look upon as manufacturing stocks,
it is OK as long as they are the superstar when the
market focus switches to the Techs play.

The stocks are listed as alphabetical order and I
have highlighted those better potentials in bold.
(The list is not by any standard exhaustive as there
maybe other Tech stock popping up, like the recent
Green Tech which I will touch on next time)

1. Armstrong
2. Aztech
3. Beyonic
4. Bright World
5. Broadway
6. DMX
7. ECS
8. Hi-P
9. Huan Hsin
10. Innotek
11. Longcheer
12. PCI
13. Sinotel
14. Techcomp
15. Trek
16. UMS

Market View 9 February 2011

Wall Street closed in the green again and
let's see how our market will react after
closing in the red yesterday. Dow added
72 points, S&P 500 gained 6 points and
Nasdaq advanced 13 points.

Yesterday Genting rebounded from a day-low
of 2.04 to close at 2.09 +3cts and this is a
very good sign that it may proceed to test the
2.11 resistance. Should it breached, it will be
in the 2.11-2.18 range and I believe this will be
the very likely scenario seen rather than the
gloomy state it is in right now.

There are a few stocks that I believe has good
potential to be in the limelight and the rewards
should be fulfilling. Ezion look set to test the 73.5cts
resistance if it is above the 68cts support which I
believe it will.
Sinograndness was mentioned by me yesterday
and after its closing and if you look at the chart
its price is moving up but the volume is decreasing.
I don't like such a divergence and either the price
or volume will correct itself, and I believe it will be
pretty soon.

Take a look at these other few stocks and namely
XinRen, Innotek and Sinotel. I like their chart formation
and with volume coming in, they should be able to
move high.

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict (Risk)Money-management.

Market View 8 Februray 2011

After all the big fish big meat feasting over the
CNY holiday, I am back in trading. Like what I
told a few members in Skype, I am not fully ready
for the market yet as I am still catching up on the
charts and market actions happening when I have
already closed my trading book.

Sinograndness is looking well after breaking the
the recent high of 56.5cts last week. I believe those
who are trained in candlesticks will tell me that a
Doji happened yesterday or a hanging man like
some members told me. I will be particularly interested
in this stock as long as the tiny gap between 54-54.5cts
is not closed.

Genting hit a high of 2.16 yesterday but reversed to close
at 2.06 It is going to be a roller-coaster ride now with
the stock likely to be moving in the 2.03-2.11-2.18 region.
I am still a long-term investor in the stock and my bullish
view remains although it should be noted that my entry price
was quite low.

I am quite bullish about the market currently and continue
to believe that any significant pullback is a good time to
pick up some quality bargains. The opposite will be to ride
on those strong momentum stocks which are moving to
higher ground on good volume.

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict (Risk)Money-management.

The alcohol got the better of me in last night celebration
dinner and I just woke up at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
The Market View will definitely resume tomorrow morning
as I know for sure that I have to "eat my own" tonight.
