Market View 12 May 2011

I am feeling quite refresh and energetic after taking a
break recently and although I missed casting my vote
for the GE 2011, it is nevertheless still worth it.
Don't ask me about my inclination toward any political
party whatsoever, I don't want to discuss politics in the
blog but will only reserve my views with people close
to me. Truly, I am glad to see a historical breakthrough by
the oppositions and it was indeed a watershed election for
our nation.

Ok, back to the money-making stocks. I came back actually
on Monday afternoon and after settling back into the
ever-so hot and humid weather, I began to look at the charts
and the financial stories that I have missed out during the break.
The commodities breakdown or some papers referred it to be
a Crash took the centre-stage and I have emails asking for
my view on this issue. My view is that I am still pretty much
bullish about the Commodities counters and any near-term
weakness is a good chance to re-enter the counters either
as an add-on or new entries.

Also, I am optimistic about the Techs and once again I will
re-iterate that my favourites include the following: Broadway,
ECS, Hi-P, Innotek, UMS and World Precision. Recently, I am
looking at Epicentre and waiting for Amtek's volume to pick-up.

Back to the market darling, Genting, which many will be interested
to know. Before I went for my holiday, I mentioned in the 25th April
blog post that Genting's resistance will be 2.26 and indeed its
recent high stopped exactly at 2.26 If you are looking to enter the
stock now, look out for the all-important 2.18 again.

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict Money(Risk)-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
