It has been an interesting and profitable
thursday, with Olam decided to join in the
commodities surge, and indeed it was the
biggest winner yesterday.
The rest of the Hot stocks are still steaming hot,
but I did got hit out by my trailing stops
on Noble, Straits Asia and Yanlord.
Some members asked me why Cosco can continue
to surge, when it just announced a bad news,
and "by-right" it should be shot down.
You can't be that rigid when trading in the market,
market don't always follow the "by-right" scripts,
and will staged a "by-left" show sometimes,
and this is where the big profits are from.
As I said before in past market views, the "Market"
is made up of "Players". we are just the tiny
retailers, and the major players are the Institutions'
and Brokerage Houses' traders. It is these Big Boys
who decide where the market will go each day,
you don't expect the retailers to push up the market,
do you?
I don't know why Cosco surge, I only know that I
had 1 losing trade and 1 winning trade on cosco
yesterday, and the end-result is still a profit
from trading Cosco yesterday. From a technical
view, it is simply that there are more bullish
buyers in Cosco than the bearish sellers.
If you are looking for the media press' view,
they can give you all sort of explanations,
since it had already happened. If Cosco is
down, they can say that "Investors sold off
Cosco as they are concerned about the
prospects of Cosco, and worried
about potential future contract cancellations..."
If Cosco is green, they will say that "Investors
choose to ignore the contract cancellation news,
and buy up Cosco share in line with the market
sentiment." It is all 马后炮.
Ok, back to the trading today.
I am sure that some members are still holding
to winners, and "maybe" still have not be
hit out by the trailing stops. My advice is that
we had a good trading week till now, and
it is a good time to take out profits,
and enjoy the day with your family and friends.
If you still want to trade to the last minute of the
friday closing bell, then I will tell you my view.
The "by-right" market action should be
a pool of red, since US was down yesterday,
and we will see profit-taking set-in.
I will be particularly focus on the stocks
that are still green, if you know what I meant.
I will stick to my trading stocks with Swiber
the latest addition in my radar.

Congrats to the many who had gone into
my stock recommendations, you are
a winner!
In yesterday trading, only Olam disappointed
us, but the rest of the recommendations are
all winners, with Yanlord and Noble the biggest
winners if you have bought this.
Some of you may still be holding the stocks,
but with revised trailing stops, it is ok.
Just enjoy the winner's feast, and take the
money if the south wind start blowing.
It is very likely that we will see profit-taking
and weakness in the opening, but given the
momentum that our stocks are in,
some will still march on, while others may
decided to take a break.
I believe most will know that Cosco came out
yesterday afternoon saying that the order of
2 vessels has been cancelled in a Variation Agreement.
What should be the "by-right" situation of Cosco today?
It should be selldown?? What if it don't??
I will still be mainly on Cosco, Noble, Yanlord, Straits Asia,
Li Heng & the quieter NOL.
As usual, you need to have strict money management.
If you have Skype, and would like to chat with me about stocks

"Here We Go Again, Same Old Thing Again...."
Somehow, US market like to play Yo-Yo ,
and go up and down every other day.
But I like such a volatility, and I certainly
enjoy such a sentiment, and you should too.
Yesterday, if you have managed to pick-up some
stocks from the desperate and clueless retailers,
you should be in quite a good profit now.
My advice: Hold on to your winners, and
if you want, keep a trailing stop.
Enjoy the momentum play.
If you did not pick-up stocks yesterday,
and wondering what stocks to enter today.
Take a look at Olam, Ezra, NOL and Yanlord.
I believe most are already in Hot stocks like
Cosco and Noble, so I will not say much.
As usual, you need to have strict money management.

Hurray!!! Yippee!! Yahoo!!!
US is officially in recession!!
Come on,
Please tell us something we don't know!
The US market had already factored in this
imminent fact, and market all over the world
had done the same thing too.
Now that it is official, how will the market react?
The "obvious" direction for our market is
Down and the "rightful" colour of the day
should be Red, am I right?
This is the "Should-Be" scenario, but
it is not the "Must-Be" result.
Yesterday, some stocks in my list
continued their surge, while the rest
slump down on profit-taking or other
reasons which I don't really care.
My only concern is that, if my stocks
continue their momentum, then
I will just trade them.
I am not looking to shorting stocks
for today, but I will use this good
opportunity to pick up some
stocks that got sell-down by
desperate or clueless retailers.
Come on, sell to me....
I am particularly targetting on those
in the 90s and the commodities.

It is the start of another trading week,
I hope you are ready for it!
Last friday, Noble staged a wonderful
surge pass the elusive $1 mark, but
ended at a bid below at 0.995
This is the kind of stock that you
need to have in your trading watchlist.
Another stocks that is in the $1 waiting list
is Olam.
I expect to see initial market weakness at
the opening bell, and profit-taking of
recent "too-hot" stocks. Nevertheless,
a handful of stocks will still continue their
upsurge trend.
My radar screen now consists of the following stocks:
Cosco, Ezra, Li Heng, Noble, NOL, Olam, Straits Asia,
Yang ZJ and Yanlord. I will be trading the last friday's
IPO Otto Marine if I see it move pass its listed price
of 0.51 Take note that this is a risky trade.
Ok, I am ready for the opening bell in 15 mins,
let's the show begin...
