STI suffered late selling yesterday afternoon
and closed down pretty bad. I have stated
my caution in this blog for the last couple
of days and I guess it really materialised.
Many stocks also in profit-taking stage while
only the micro penny stocks are enjoying
the limelight in Top Volume.
Some readers commented to me that their
usual trading stocks like Ramba, Dukang,
UPP and the rest are not surging. Like what
I said yesterday, they are just taking a break
at the moment. They will be back again.

Market View 25 July 2013
You know, when I looked at the Top Volume
during and after the market had closed, a
somewhat chill went up my spine. I saw
those micro-pennies delivering extraordinary
performance on a backing of strong trading
volume. Although I am not a micro penny
stocks trader, I am not really bias against them.
I stated before that they are at their current
low price due to various fundamental and
financial reasons that are beyond my interest.
But I do know that when I see such a mania
in the Top Volume, I turn cautious and vigilant
facing the market right now. Some readers can
still ask for my view on those few-cent stocks.
I did look at a few but most of the time, it is
just a casual glance with no follow-up.
I am observing KrisEnergy for the last few days
and I am starting to know its "pattern" better
and better each day. I will start posting my calls
on the stock from next week in the mentor group.

Some readers told me that the market is
so quiet nowadays that you can even hear
the needle dropping on the trading floor.
Yes, I agree somewhat to this observation
and it is a fact too. Many "speculative" stocks
are taking a break and the interest and focus
circle among the always-present micro-penny
stocks in the Top Volume. Those readers who
don't touch all these stocks are wondering when
can they see some light again. Well, we have the
low and high tide everyday so you can expect the
same thing to happen in the stock market too.
At this time, if you are not focusing on the still-moving
winner stocks, then you can also take a break.
Do some read-up on books and the charts.
I always tell the readers to look at the charts of those
winner stocks and if you study and analyse enough
charts, you should be able to decipher the hidden
messages behind every chart. There are books out
there that state that you need to accumulate 10000
hours of practice to become a master in your sector.
Well, before that, try studying 10000 charts for a start.

How can you not love a stock like KrisEnergy?
Before its debut, I strongly recommended it in
the IPO blog. Then after its debut, I told the
readers to put the stock in close watch as it is
a combination of Pearl Energy + Sakari (fka Straits Asia, delisted) + maybe CAO & Ezion,
in my own opinion. Now, you should know why
I am so optimistic and positive on this stock.
I believe it will be a hotly traded stock from now
on, and I am so glad to welcome it into my
winner stocks. Oh ya, by the way, there will be
another smaller Oil exploration company listing
soon. Rex International's IPO application will end
on 29th July, which is next Monday if I am not
wrong. It is listed at 50cts and it will be on the
Catalist board. I will do a write-up on the counter.
I will not be online at Skype today.

Ok, firstly, thank you to all the emails and Skype
message from some readers concerning my
food-poising last week. I am feeling 99% already.
One definite thing I learn is that my stomach is
getting weaker nowadays and I have to be careful
with what I am putting into my mouth from now on.
Next, I received many enquiry on the 2 Reits that
will be closing on today and tomorrow noon, ie,
SPH Reit and Oue Hospitality Reit. I won't be doing
a write-up on this 2 Reits but if you are asking me
for my preference among the 2, I prefer the more
well-known brand name in SPH. I will still be applying
for this 2, and it will be for the DPU yield rather than
capital appreciation at this time.
Lastly, I believe I did tell the readers to add in KrisEnergy
into their watchlist last week. This is a perfect trading
stock that will be in play once its IPO honeymoon is
over and will be fry up again and again. I view this stock
as a combination between Pearl Energy + Sakari (fka
Straits Asia, delisted) + maybe CAO & Ezion.
