The first trading day of July and the beginning
of Q3 2011. What lies ahead and what can we
expect in this quarter and the next half year?
I believe that the general market will still have a
decent performance in the coming 6 months.
In fact, we may even end the year closing on
a grand finale and on a very high note.
But, as usual, there will be headwinds everywhere
and popping up from time and time, and thus
presenting us with a great buying opportunities
like the recent market slum period that we encountered.
If you have heed my recommendation to buy quality
stocks in recent weeks, then you are likely sitting
on a reasonably paper-profits, or pure hard cash if you
had encashed it from Mr Market lately.
I don't want to sound like a doom-and-gloom naysayer
but I believe that the recent market surges will be over
pretty soon as it is going to take a deserved breather
and consolidate itself for future and further advancement.
We have a decent or "indecent" gains from as many
stocks, and if the stocks drop to the trailing stop set by
you, just get out first. I see limited upside in quite many
stocks from my chart reading although on a mid-long term,
the prospect looks bright. I don't have a crystal ball with me,
and I definitely don't have a divine talking parrot or the
amazingly accurate octopus, Paul, but I am just voicing out
what I believe in and it is my own opinion.
