Ok, I received several worried and concerned
emails and Skype message from the readers
after I posted about the Three Peaks and a
Domed House and compared itrto the Dow Jones' chart.
It is not a 100% definite thing that it will happened as
I expected, but I am sounding the alert and caution to the
readers so that you are prepared and know exactly what
and how to react if it really materialised. Do take note that
it is still my own personal view against the other's.
It may or may not happen. Period.
I believe I am the first or among the first to caution the readers
of such possible occurrence and of course, the readers also
need to act if they believe my view. Correct me if i am wrong.
Next, I wish to highlight the recent selling of the micro
penny stocks is already an eminent sign that the market
is going to take a breather and may even rest for quite some
time. As you see, on a normal circumstances and market
behaviour, the penny stocks will be the last to move, after the
players have push up the blue chip and the mid-cap. They
will then "divert" their attention and financial power to the
low-price penny stocks and push them to a new height.
That is exactly what we have witnessed for the last couple
of months of trading. It is that obvious that you just need to
see the Top Volume, and you can see "stranger" penny stocks
popping up and being played day-in-day-out. That is until the
bubble got burst. Take note that, the pennies will the LAST
to get play up, but (un)fortunately, the FIRST to get sell down.
We are looking at the exact "history" scenario repeating
itself again. I am looking very closely at the mid-cap and
the blues at this moment for any cracks and weakness to
surface. It is looking like the perfect storm is coming with
the US market leading the pack, but we can't predict and
forecast Mother Nature's action, so we can only monitor the
situation now. For the penny stocks, many are merely doing
a rebound at this moment. Just look at their recent low, as
once the stock breech it, all hell will break lose again.
