Ok, I will share my personal view on the stock
market and the stocks today. Do take note that
this is my individual assessment and it may
or may not materialised.
I believe that the readers should be aware or
noticed that the trading volume have been decreasing
and many stocks are also falling. I received a lot
of questions on what's next?
Personally, if you do look at the stock charts, you
can see that many stocks peaked at around April
last year, and have a 1-2 months of consolidation
period, before resuming its surge again. I am expecting
such occurrence in this year's market too. Many
stock's price should have hit the high for the time
being, and should take a deserved break.
To me, it is just a profit-taking and then planning-for-
next-move rest, but if you want to know the "politically
correct" media reason, then it is likely will be the
SARS case in China, the fat mad man in NK.
Oh ya, someone asked me last Friday to explain how
did I know that the stock market is coming down and
is there any sign to look at before the actual happening.
Well, the trading volume is a good indicator, and then
we still have the clear pump-and-dump operations on
many stocks. This is how I came out with such analysis.
