Market View 30 November 2012

Olam remains to be in focus as its share surged
yesterday and closed on a high note. I know of
readers who won 2 days in a row on intra trade.
And of course, I also received comments and emails
from emails that "They Should Have". Well, that's life.
Some readers asked me whether Olam can go back
to its former glory days when it was a $2 stock.
I can only say that it is doing a technical rebound
right now and to achieve higher ground, it need to
have a clear-cut strong financial result to back it up.
The management can rebuke all the comments by
Muddy Waters but it is still words against words.
The company need to produce what was being said
into what we can see in its result announcement and
this remains to be verified and justified by the investors.
In my opinion, I believe that Olam is still a pretty
robust company and will continue to deliver values and
appreciation to its shareholders and investors.

Yesterday was quite a great trading day as the stocks
that I mentioned were all up and running, except for
a spoilsport, Yoma. Some readers I know made money
on Biosensors, STX OSV, Yanlord, Noble, the 2 Es and CMZ.
I see the momentum and strength still intact for the
moment but one still must be alert to any reversal play.
