Market View 1 November 2012

Today is the first trading of November and with
a new beginning comes anticipation and hope
that this will be a great trading month.
I was telling a Skype reader that yesterday US
trading will be a more subdued one and I don't
expect any big selling. Indeed, although the
three major indexes closed mixed, the changes
were minimum. I still don't foresee any major
selling to come, at least till the presidential election.

A few readers told me that there isn't much to
watch in the market recently as the volume was
terrible and the price actions were equally boring.
I agreed to a certain degree that this is true but
it is at this stage that you should observe what is
really happening in the market and learn from it.
We can't expect to have firework show on display
everyday so make use of this rather quiet period
to get know Mr Market more. I am doing exactly the
same and also on a close look-up for a couple of
stocks and at the same time, picking up the broken
pieces. There are some reports suggesting that we
will have a lifeless and bored year-end trading.
I beg to differ with such notion and I expect more
sparks and thrills as we approach the end of 2012.
Am I suggesting that we will have a wonderful year-end
ahead? Well, I am not distancing myself with such
a great idea and Mr Market will tell you more as the
month progresses. 

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict Money(Risk)-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
