Market View 24 October 2012

Firstly, I am not doing a write-up for the Dynasty Reit
whose public application will close at noon today.
There is a IPO debut this morning and it is an IT company,
Declout Limited. It is priced at 25cts and with a high
PE from what I read. If you ask me, I believe that it
is normal for a company to have high PE as it is in a
fast growing sector and the growth potential is also huge.

Looking at the pre-opening quote in my watchlist, it seems
like although the stocks are going to open weaker today,
it is not a bloodbath as many would expect. If you are
comfortable with what you see in the market, simply
walk away or you may choose to see whether the horror
show has a silver lining in the end. For myself, I am
expecting a better closing at the end of the day and will
see whether there are more and more green leaves
along the way.

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict Money(Risk)-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
