It was a pool of red in my watchlist yesterday
but still not the entire pool as what I wanted.
A reader asked me yesterday how long will
the selling lasts and what will be the scale?
You see, we had a great 2 months of buying
frenzy, what is with a few day of healthy normal
profit-taking. We have reached a stage whereby
there are very buying opportunities and the
risk is getting with each passing trading day.
I believe that this selling sentiment should continue
for days unless there are some fundamentally
encouraging news within or abroad.
But seriously, I doubt so.
For those who feel offended when I quoted as
wanting trading tips at the wrong time, you shouldn't
feel that way. You should learn from experience that
next time when the market is so hot and you are
not in it for quite some time, and then when you
finally decided to take the plunge, the END is near.
This scenario is always repeated and it will continue
to repeat and repeat...... until you eventually decided
to find out exactly how and what the market is thinking.
You won't be able to know entirely what Mr Market
is going to do, but at least you know how to deal with it
when it happened. Read some books, learn from experience,
gain knowledge and then face off with Mr Market.
