Market View 1 March 2011

A brand new month of trading today so will
the gloom and doom cloud in February also
continue to surround the market this month?
STI continued to slide on the last day of February
with the regional market already showing signs
of rebound. Maybe we are too Kiasi or Kiasu
that we are waiting for the coast is clear before
stepping a foot into the murky water?

Well...anyway, Genting had reached the critical
support level of $1.90 and should this be breached
the next will be around the $1.84 level. Further upside
resistance is at $1.97 In any rebound, the stock will
be the first to move and the range play will be wide too.

I can see that many stocks have been indiscriminately
sold down recently which is always the case as the
market is erratic and a "sell then ask" mentality is
always deployed when in doubt or the Fear monster
is in the market. I am not saying that such mentality is
wrong whatsoever, but because of such happening then
can we have a great bargain sales in the market right now.
Companies with impressive recent Full-year or Quarterly
result were also being dumped so who are the Garang Kuni
picking up the discarded gems?


Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict (Risk)Money-management.
