Market View 22 Februray 2011

Regional markets and maybe even global markets
have been relatively weak these couple of weeks
due to a number of factor, which the main one coming
from the Middle East political crisis in a couple of
countries. Our STI index follow suit and the mid-caps
and pennies also got battered hard lately.

There are other 1001 reasons that I can tell you
on why our market and others are falling but I
can only tell you that the fact remains that there
are more sellers than buyers now, as simple as that.
I am still a net buyer at this time although I have also
clear out some holdings as they have meet my trailing
stops or I don't like what I see on their chart.

I keep getting asked when will the market U-turn and
move north. This is a one million dollar question but in
my own opinion, the current situation is only temporary
as with the uncertainties, doubts and rumours circulating,
the market players are turning cautious and waiting for
good bargains to come before making any strategic move.

This is a good time to do some other things rather than
staring at the screen and cursing the stock and market.
Do some readings if you want or spend more time with
the family members. I read this saying in one of the news,
"Form is temporary, Class is permanent".

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
