In yesterday's post, I wrote " I saw that the
most stocks rebounded from low to close reasonably
higher or is it really the case? My personal view is that
it is a temporary dead-cat rebound and most
stock should still be heading down very soon.
This is not a crash but just a normal market
reaction. If you are still in the market then please
practice strict cut-loss discipline."
Indeed that was exactly what happened to most
stocks in yesterday trading. I am busy with some
family issues at this moment but although I am not
really looking into the market right now, the vibes
and action of the market still can't escape my sensitive
eyes and ears.
Now come to the most important question that many
will be asking: Is is the time to buy NOW?
This is really a million-dollar question that I am also
looking for answer. Like what I said yesterday, it is
not a crash that we are witnessing now. It is simply
just a normal market reaction to taking a break.
What will usually happen after the break?
The market will regain its vigour and zeal and the
run-up will continue. For the time being, look at stocks
that did not really suffer much during this testing
period, and also those that suffered the most at this time.
They will be the one to lead the next move-up.
That is all I can see from my "borrowed" crystal ball now.
