Rise and Shine!!
I woke up today feeling so invigorated and
fresh after falling to a "virus infection" as
stated by the doctor. There are so many 
strains of virus, germs and bacteria out 
there. We really need to take care of ourselves
more as health is definitely more important
than wealth. You need a good alert body and mind
to make money from Mr Market. I need to get
out of my seat more often to do some exercise
of at least 30 minutes a day. I once accompanied
my mum to the doctor for a normal check-up.
The doctor told my mum to exercise more and
my mum replied that she did walk around the 
neighbourhood in the morning and evening.
The doctor said that the exercise must make your
heart pump faster and make you sweat, aka 
cardiovascular exercises. It is time to head to 
the water and the gym for a good workout at times.

Ok, back to the market.
Many stocks closed at or near to the day-low
yesterday and it was a pool of shallow red in my
watchlist too. I believe that the market will open
slightly higher today but it will still close weaker
at the closing bell. I will just take a early day-off
today and enjoy the sand, the sun and the sea.
