Market View 31 July 2013

The last day of July today and we will welcome
2 public holidays in August and the 7th lunar 
month too. 

Ok, I don't know how many readers really 
show-hand and applied for the Rex International
IPO, but the allocation ratio is so purposely 
done. Many of us will get only 1 lot if we are
lucky in the draw and that is far too little.
I was expecting to get more but it is quite obvious
that the underwriter want the lucky few to sell
their miserable 1 lot on debut today. Looking at the
pre-opening figure, it is not going to be profitable
at all. At 52cts at the point of writing, one will still
lose as the commission alone is already close to
$30. I guess I will have to keep this lonely 1 lot
for some time, or to add up the stock and sell
at a optimal time.

Next, I have done a small write-up on the 2nd
pawnbroker to list in Singapore, MoneyMax at
the IPO blog. It is another show-hand for me and
I hope that the underwriter will be more generous 
this time. More detail here.

Lastly, KrisEnergy indeed surged after I posted
a strong recommendation on the stock at blog yesterday.
Some of the readers are in this stock already and
are sitting on a admirable paper profits right now.
Well, sometimes you have to take action when the
coast is not that clear. As when the coast is clearer,
I believe you won't have the chance to enjoy the 
scenery quietly any more.
I believe KrisEnergy and Ramba will continue to
head higher now with Rex in the picture too.
