Market View 25 March 2013

This is a real happening.
Over the weekend, I have dinner with a 
friend's friend who know that I am a full-time
stock trader through my friend. He stated that
he knows a lot of things about the market, 
fundamental and technical analysis of stocks.
He reads a few newspaper everyday and also
read a lot of financial books regularly. Now come
the main issue, in spite of his diligent effort in knowing
Mr Market better, he is still not making good money
in the market either from stock investing and trading. 
This is what I replied him. I told him that, yes, you know
the market decently well, and you make a effort to know
better through books and newspaper, but do you know
YOURSELF? Are you a investor when you are actually
having a trader mindset or vice versa, you are  better off
as a trader but you are holding an investor mindset?
Some people can get impatient with stocks as it is not
moving and they don't take a longer investment horizon.
While some just can't press the trigger as they can't trade
a stock with a so-so fundamental. If the market is efficient,
in the long run, stock price is determine by strong fundamental
support and advances. But in the short run, it is all about 
sentiments aka Fear and Greed, momentum and expectation
of the market participants as a whole picture.
Take a look infront of the stock market mirror and decide
what exact are you looking for and how exactly do you 
look when you stand infront of Mr Market?

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict Money(Risk)-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
