This is a real happenings that occurred in the weekend.
I suddenly received 2 phone calls from a stock trading
software and a trading course provider inviting me
to a trading seminar and workshop. As I was spening
quality time with my family and I also feel that I have
no need for such course, I rejected the caller by saying
that I have not touch stocks for a very long time and
I don't even see them nowadays. To my amazement,
the telemarketing callers can even tell me the current
market situation, and encouraged me to buy and show
hand to snap up stocks now to make sure I can still make
some money in the market.
Although I believe that they have a written script in front
of them when they make all the calls but it is like I am
being told by a hawker stall owner to buy stock. I don't like
such a scenario, and I believe that there are far too much
optimism and when everyone and anyone is in the market
and expecting the market to charge high and higher, then
obviously the "minority" always win by the end of the
day. I will advise when I hear my barber also tell me to
buy stock when I go for my haircut. I will really rush back
and do some prompt actions to my stocks immediately.
I received some emails over the weekend by readers
who had chased up the stocks last few days and some
had really bought at the peak or very close to the peak.
You see, the fundamental of a stock don't just change
5 or 10% overnight, but the sentiment of the market do.
I feel that some stocks have just run-up too fast and
a reversal seems like on the cards. You can see on the
chart how steep the recent surges are and from experience
the steeper the surge the harder the fall. It will be
coupled with a inverse V-shaped fall while a consolidation
is being done.
I will be heading for a 1.5 week break starting from this
Wednesday and the readers need to practice vigilant
and caution on their own with clear-cut cut-loss level
in place.

and Please practice strict Money(Risk)-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
