One of my relatives just sold his east-side
condo for a good profits and eagerly shared
his investment sale to everyone in the family
gathering over the weekend. I asked him where
he will park his money now. He wasn't prepared
for such question and look at me blankly before
replying that he felt that the property market is
still hot and he will not put the money back into
buying new house for investment or speculating.
Instead, he said that the money die-die got to be
out with some financial vehicles rather than making
miserable and terrible bank interest. He then continued
to say that most probably the money will be back
into the stock market, but in the blue chips and the
Reits to take in the dividend and the DPU.
Try to read between the lines for what I am trying
to deliver today.
There is a IPO Cordlife Group which is the first this
year and will be closed for application tomorrow noon.
I am putting money into this IPO, just for the record,
for various reasons. Read up on the prospectus and
the news articles before plunging in.
I suddenly realised that the blog is going to hit its
100,000 pageviews very very soon. Judging by the
200-300 visits per day, it should hit the mark next week.
How the blog have progressed....I am getting old too...

危机就是转机!! The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word "Crisis". One brush stroke stands for Danger, the other for Opportunity. In a Crisis, be aware of the Danger but recognise the Opportunity. - Former US President Richard Nixon
