Market View 20 July 2009

We are into another exciting new trading week,
but what can we expect this week?
All 3 US indices closed the previous week strongly,
but S&P 500 was down marginally last friday, while
the rest closed up partially.
We will have corporations like Hasbro, Texas Instrument
& Legg Mason reporting tonight, so once again,
the indices will be determined by their result,
and maybe the level of profit-taking after the best
weekly performance since March.

STI pull-up strongly after the lunch break, and closed
on a high note, and only a handful of Hot stocks were
off the glory. Will we see profit-taking sessions
this week? Yes, it is a likely scenario, but as always,
just stick to the greens if you want to trade.
There will be some stronger stocks than the rest,
and they will have the momentum to carry on
the trend play, and charge-on.

I am cautious this week, although still quite bullish on the
4 stocks that I recommended last week, while also
watching the rest of the Hot stocks.
Trade those still Hot (if available Green) stocks but be cautious
of south wind.Follow the Flow, but expect the Unexpected.
I will be trading today on the still-hot stocks.
Concentrate on the GREEN (If Available, but prepared)Hot stocks:
Straits Asia, Midas, Olam, Ezra, Ezion, KS Tech,Cosco,YZJ,
Indo Agri,Noble, NOL, Genting, Ascendas India Trust,Yanlord&
Uniasia, Raffles Edu, Swiber, Swissco.
I am putting 2 stocks into close watch and will likely be
adding and trading them "regularly".
They are Epure and Falcon Energy.

Enter any position with a Cut-loss level & Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict (Risk)Money-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
