Uncle Sam ended up 250 points higher after
positive news from the housing and banking sector,
and our market pre-surge yesterday in anticipation
of overnight US action.
The "follow-the-green" that we have been using
lately is effective in such a market, and yesterday
we have 4 Hot stocks in the green in my list: Olam,
SemMarine, YZJ and Yanlord. If you entered any one,
you should have made some money yesterday.
Not a great sum, but only dim sum.
It is obvious that most stocks will open in the high note
today, but I am still pretty cautious at how strong today's
sentiment and trading mood can peak at. One should still
set the trailing stops, as the stock may suddenly applied
E-brake, and you will not want to be caught.
A few stocks are in the news, Sembmarine with the legal
action from Petrolrig, and YZJ has delivered 11 vessals
on schedule, and has 6.43Billion in the order book.
I believe that the profit-taking is not over yet, but if
the stock price drop to an "attractive" level, support will
come in and grab and snap up the bargain as seen in
yesterday's price action. Enjoy the action, but be prepared
for a south wind.
I will be entering some Hot stocks but it will be cautious.
Therefore, Follow the Flow, but expect theUnexpected.
Concentrate on the GREEN (available, but prepared)Hot
stocks: Ezra,KS Tech, Cosco, YZJ, Straits Asia, Indo Agri, Noble,
NOL, Olam, SembMarine,Yanlord & Uniasia,Raffles Edu, Midas,
Swiber,Swissco.
As usual, enter a position will a Trailing Stop,
and Please practice strict (Risk)Money-management.
If you don't like what you see in the market,
simply don't trade.
If you have Skype, and would like to chat with me
about stocks and all others, you can ring me at
my email address: stocklobang@yahoo.com
I have currently a couple of members skyping with me
everyday, and they are having good trading results.
As usual,
Stay Alert but be Aggressive too.

危机就是转机!! The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word "Crisis". One brush stroke stands for Danger, the other for Opportunity. In a Crisis, be aware of the Danger but recognise the Opportunity. - Former US President Richard Nixon
