I received a very interesting email asking me about
commodity stocks like Noble, Straits Asia & Olam.
He said that a "expert" and "star trader" mentioned
in his blog that he is bearish on the commodity stocks
and is staying short with them. He missed the 3 stocks'
surge yesterday, as he was afraid to have different
direction face-to-face with the "expert".
"Expert" can be wrong too. To quote an example
from the army, and those who served NS will find
this familiar. In any exercise, we will receive instructions
and commands from our commanders who is not
with us, but when we are in the field, we have to adapt
and adjust to the actual environment. The terrain and
weather may have changed, and we need to make
on-the-spot decisions.
Market trading is all about sentiment and momentum,
when it is on form, we need to hop on and enjoy the surge,
with a ready mindset to take profit if the wind suddenly
changes direction.
I am still staying long with the Hot trading stocks
with a cautious feel that we should have hit a
Short-term bottom, if not THE bottom.
I am adding 2 stocks in my radar screen,
and they are Ezra and Yanlord.
But I am also prepared for the South wind.
If you have Skype, and would like to chat with me about stocks
and all others, you can ring me at my email address: stocklobang@yahoo.com
As usual,
Stay Alert but be Aggressive too.

危机就是转机!! The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word "Crisis". One brush stroke stands for Danger, the other for Opportunity. In a Crisis, be aware of the Danger but recognise the Opportunity. - Former US President Richard Nixon
