Market View 26 April 2012

Stock trading volume hit 6.7 billion shares
yesterday, a 5-year high and the second
highest ever according to the reports in ST
today. As you can see from the Top Volume,
it is all dominated by the ultra-pennies which I
call them micro-pennies. Do you know how
amazing it is that the mid-caps are being pushed
all the way to nowhere? Golden Agri is at 39th
in the Top Volume, Noble at 42th, YZJ at 63th,
GLP at 68th, but wait, where is our beloved Genting.
Shockingly, it is at the 70th place. I am quite uneasy
to see all this happening, and I have sound the
alarm quite some time ago, and the music may
stop any time.

We talk about the IPO next. Global Premium Hotel
IPO received quite a good responses and looking at
the pre-opening figure, it is going to open around the
29-30cts level.
I still received quite many questions on China Minzhong
and I even got readers asking me when will it crash
or when will the negative news come out?
Looking at its price action recently, I think that reader is
going to be disappointed as I don't see such thing
happening to it judging from the price action seen.
