Market View 7 February 2013
Congrats to the readers who is lucky to win
in the Overseas Education Limited IPO lucky
draw. I believe you should be able to sell it
with at least a 10cts profits if you are ready
to sell it today. It is an early red packet $$$
from Mr Market.
Yesterday, those recent IPOs also spur up
to life and we saw it in stocks like Courts Asia,
Gaylin, Geo Energy, etc. Look like they will be
the focus for the time being.
By the way, I will be taking a long CNY break
and will only be back trading and writing the
Market View on the 19th February. I will take

Market View 6 February 2013
Finally there are sparks of "Red" in my watchlist
and the Top Volume yesterday. If you ask me
whether the "redness" will continue from now
till the Chinese New Year or even beyond that,
then I really have to look at my crystal ball again.
ST reported on the penny stock rally today and
what a great time to do so. It simply imply that
the run-up maybe due for a serious consolidation
and the damage may have been rub in yesterday.
We have to see whether there are follow-up selling
or the stock can crawl back to recent highs.
As usual, among the Reds, just look for the Greens.

Market View 5 February 2013
Wall Street registered a worst trading day for
the year of 2013 in overnight trade. Dow dropped
130 points, while the Nasdaq and S&P 500 also
posted losses. If you want to know the news-worthy
reason, then it is due to the political issues in Spain.
On the other hand, if you want to know the other
side of the coin, then it is purely profit-taking by
the investors and traders after recent strong gains.
Looking at the pre-opening figures, it is going to be
a much subdued opening. It will be interesting to see
whether there are further profit-taking selling in
the market. My advice will be to watch the show
from the sideline.
By the way, if you are interested to get the Overseas
Education Limited IPO, you have another 3 hours
to do so. My personal view is in the IPO Blog

Market View 4 February 2013
Only the last 5 trading days before Mr Snake
take over the year duty from Mr Dragon.
It is getting over-heated in some of the markets
out there, with Dow Jones over 14000 for the
first time in 5 years. Nikkei is also having the
best run in 54 years according to the Sunday
Times yesterday. Many stocks are also on a
almost-straight line steep surge. This is getting
too bullish and I am turning cautiously optimitic
at this juncture. Have a clear view on the market
right now and be vigilant to any changes.
My view on Oversea Education Limited IPO will
be published in the afternoon. It is a definite
strong SUBSCRIBE on my own opinion if
you want to apply it without going to the IPO
blog.

Market View 1 February 2013
It is the first trading day of a new month,
February, and we are only 9 days away
from CNY. The energetic Snake will take
over the year duty from the worn-out Dragon.
It is looking like the market will be going
into a profit-taking stage and another consolidation
is on the way. It is just a perfectly normal
cycle and I believe that the bullish market will
be back after the commercial break.
Oh ya, 3 days ago, I mentioned in the blog that
the readers should store some "financial reserves"
for a coming IPO. Guess what, Oversea Education
Limited IPO is out and the application will close on
5 February, that is next Tuesday. Trading of the
share will start on 7 February, Thursday. This is really
a no-brainer IPO that all the readers should try to
apply. A very simple business model and it can only
grow bigger and stronger each year with our Foreign
Talent scheme. I will do a write-up of the IPO and
it will be published next Monday.

I was chatting on Skype with 2 ladies yesterday
afternoon and we discussed on various market
issues. You see, although it seems like the sky
is so clear and the coast is clear, with the US
and Europe 's crisis and problems somehow
suddenly all disappeared and not mentioned
nowadays. It is really like that rubbish is all sweep
under the carpet until one fine day that carpet
can no longer contain anymore. There are skeleton
in many countries closet but all they can do is
hope that nobody find out yet. US market is in a
5-year high right now but the crisis talk will surface
somewhat and somehow, then we shall see the
market retrace to where it should be. Market always
reacted very strongly and erratically to the extreme
side with every good and bad news.
We can also see that many stocks, the mid-cap and
lately, the recent IPOs are facing downside profit-taking
action. It can only get more obvious as we head
towards the CNY. The Snake or is it the Serpent may
want to show its prowess immediately so be careful
not to be hit by its deadly neurotoxic bite.
